About Us
First Choice Homes, LLC is owned and operated by Nancy J. Heim of St. Charles, Minnesota. She first moved to St. Charles in 1979 and currently resides there with her 2 sons, Joseph & Robert. Nancy has had a real estate and construction background since the 1980's. She bought her first home to remodel in 1981, received her real estate license in 1986, her Broker's license in 1994, started her own real estate company, St. Charles Real Estate, in 1996 and received her Residential Building Contractor License in 1997. She has since become a developer in 2006. Her new subdivision is Countryside Acres and is located in St. Charles.
