About First Choice Homes

First Choice Homes is owned and operated by Nancy J. Heim of St. Charles, Minnesota. Nancy started working in construction in 1981 when she completed her first home remodeling project on a home she owned. In 1986 she received her real estate license and started working with her parents who owned a real estate business. In 1994 she received her Real Estate Broker's license, and in 1996 started her own real estate company, St. Charles Real Estate. In 1997 she obtained her Minnesota Residential Building License. Nancy continued remodeling both residential and commercial properties.
As a founding member of the St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce, Nancy is active in community development and improvement. In 2006 she completed a new subdivision, Countryside Acres, to enhance the community and provide a quiet new home setting for families to enjoy.
In 2008, Nancy decided to separate her businesses and founded First Choice Homes, LLC.
